How We Make Our RTF Custom Vinyl Wood Cabinet Doors

Rigid Thermo Foil (RTF) is vinyl foil molded over Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) doors. These doors are routed in a range of styles, including arched and cathedral doors, raised panel using our Computer Numeric Control (CNC) routers. The vinyl sheets are membrane pressed to the doors.

Above you can see the computer numeric control router used to cut the face of the doors.
